A streak is a run of similar outcomes. Seeing several wins or losses in a row can feel meaningful, but the sequence alone does not tell you what the next round will do. The rules and probability model of a particular game matter; do not assume that past results make a different outcome “due.”
People naturally look for patterns, especially when money or a near miss is involved. A chart of past results is not a guarantee about future play. Increasing a stake to chase a loss adds risk without changing what has already happened.
