These Terms govern your access to and use of the UIGame website, account and game features. The service is operated by UI-Game Ltd ("UIGame", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using UIGame, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use UIGame only if you are legally able to enter into an agreement and are permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and take responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
UIGame is a game platform for entertainment. It is not an investment, savings product or way to earn income. Game outcomes are uncertain. Do not play with money or digital assets you cannot afford to lose. UIGame does not promise winnings, returns or a particular outcome. Funds used in a game and lost through its outcome are not refundable.
UIGT is used in UIGame game features. HiB is an activity bonus that may unlock additional UIGT bonuses under the rules shown on the platform. Game options, costs, balances, bonus conditions and any exchange rate are those displayed in the relevant feature when you use it. Review them before confirming an action.
UIGT may be exchanged for USDT at the platform rate where that feature is available. Playing with UIGT does not guarantee a result or profit. Rates and transaction outcomes may change, and blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted. Check wallet addresses and transaction details before confirming. Network delays or incorrect details may affect whether a transaction can be reversed or funds recovered.
Use UIGame lawfully and do not interfere with the service or other users. You must not impersonate another person, use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity, exploit a vulnerability, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to systems, use unauthorised bots or scripts, or infringe another person’s rights.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or legal rights, or to address a breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.
We work to keep UIGame available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, suspended or discontinued. Maintenance, technical issues, network conditions or third-party services may affect access or transactions.
UIGame and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design and original content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Do not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer platform materials except where the law permits.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you allow UIGame to use them to improve the service without payment to you. This does not transfer ownership of other content you provide.
Some features may rely on third-party websites, networks or services, whose terms may also apply. UIGame does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content or availability.
To the extent permitted by law, UIGame is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, UI-Game Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, third-party services or interruptions. These Terms do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under those laws, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
