UI-Game Ltd ("UIGame", "we", "us" or "our") operates the UIGame platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we handle when you use our website, create an account, play games, contact support or use account features, and how to contact us about that information.
Account information. When you register or use an account, we handle information such as your email address, username, country and account settings, along with authentication and verification information needed to provide account access.
Gameplay and transaction information. We record information needed to operate your account and games, including game activity, UIGT and HiB balances or bonuses, deposit, exchange and withdrawal requests, associated wallet addresses, and transaction status or identifiers.
Messages to us. If you use a contact or support form, we handle the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message, so we can respond and keep a record of the request.
Technical information. When you use the platform, our systems may receive details such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and security or error logs. Your browser may also store essential session information and preferences needed for account access and site features.
We use information to create and maintain accounts; provide games, balances, bonuses and account features; process user-initiated deposits, exchanges and withdrawal requests; verify account access; respond to support requests; protect the platform and users; investigate misuse; meet applicable legal obligations; and maintain and improve the service.
The platform uses browser storage and cookies for functions such as keeping an account session, supporting verification steps and remembering preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies or browser storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working correctly.

Blockchain transactions may be recorded on a public network. Information written to a public blockchain can be visible to others and may not be removable by UIGame.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and account features, respond to requests, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information and why it is held.

UIGame is intended for people who are legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek information from people who are not eligible to use the platform. If you believe an ineligible person has provided information, contact support so we can review it.
