Before making a crypto deposit, open the platform’s current deposit instructions from your signed-in account. Confirm the asset, network, address, minimum or maximum amount shown, and any stated processing conditions. A correct coin sent on the wrong network may not arrive as expected.

Copy the address from the official interface and compare the first and last characters before sending. Check the amount and fee in your wallet. For a large transfer, consider whether the platform supports a small test transaction, but follow its current instructions and account for any minimums or fees.

Keep the transaction record and do not share your seed phrase or private key with anyone. If something looks different from the instructions, pause and contact support through the site’s published channel. A transfer may be difficult to reverse.
